Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original derschutze packaging to ensure the artwork and garments are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
